These are the terms and conditions for use of our digital services within the Devv Track program, that you may access in different ways such as cli tools and APIs.

Terms of service

You are able to use our cloud services within the following limits:

• 2 free services (up to 2 replicas each). Limited to nano and micro containers’ size.
• One free volume with a maximum of 1 Gb in size.
• One free S3 bucket with a maximum of 1 Gb in size.
• No critical or sensitive information can be stored without a proper backup.

In addition, you are able and willing to hold at least one feedback session with the levv team to exchange on your experience using our services.

Terms of use

You are able to use our cloud services as long as you do it within the following:

• The software that you run is licensed to operate.
• The information that you process (including storage) does not infringe any copyright laws neither are in connection with blockchain mining, adult or pornographic content or illegal activities.

Any violation of these terms will have as a consequence the cancellation of your account and any legal or economical sanctions that might derive from the corresponding authorities.
